A former accountant with over 15 years of leadership experience, including as a General Manager in the wine industry, Anita understands the challenges leaders face and the many ‘hats’ they wear.
She is passionate about bringing humanity into the workplace. She helps leaders grow through self-leadership and guides teams to build alignment, cohesion and genuine connection that drives engagement and results. Anita’s strengths lie in creating environments where people feel safe to be vulnerable, engage in honest conversations and tackle the issues that matter most.
A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and currently completing a Master’s in Social and Organisational Leadership, Anita brings practical insight and academic depth to every project she undertakes.
